These terms are an agreement between you and Koini Global LLC ("Koini", "we", "us"), 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, United States, covering your use of the KŌINIkeyview applications and the keys.koini.io website (together, the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KŌINIkeyview is a view-only crypto portfolio tracker. It displays public on-chain data for addresses you choose to watch. It never asks for, stores, or transmits private keys or funds, and cannot make transactions.
That sentence is the product. KŌINIkeyview is not a wallet, not an exchange, not a broker, not a custodian, and not a money services business. It holds nothing, moves nothing, and sells nothing.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
Browsing requires no account. A free account is required only to sync your watchlist across devices and to enable alarms.
Never enter a private key or seed phrase anywhere in the Service. There is no field that asks for one, and we will never ask you for one. Anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.
Use the Service for its purpose. Do not:

The Service is free and its language is generous, but a quiet fair-use ceiling sits behind it to keep costs sane — including a limit on the number of addresses one account may watch and reasonable limits on request volume. A typical user never reaches these. We may adjust them, and we may contact you before restricting an account that is well outside normal use.
KŌINIkeyview displays data obtained from public blockchains and third-party data and pricing providers.
Always verify against an authoritative source before acting on anything you see in KŌINIkeyview.
Alarms are a convenience feature delivered on a best-effort basis.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. KŌINIkeyview displays information; what you do with it is your decision and your responsibility. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money.
The Service contains links to other Koini-family products and to third-party sites. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for them. A link is informational and is not an endorsement or an offer.
The Service, including the KŌINIkeyview name, the keyhole mark, the design, and the software, belongs to Koini Global LLC and its licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You get no other rights.
Public blockchain data itself is not ours and we claim no ownership of it. Content you create — your labels, tags, and alarm settings — remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to store, sync, and display it back to you.
The Service is provided free of charge and we may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of it — including specific chains, features, or the Service as a whole — at any time. We will give reasonable notice of a material change or discontinuation where we practically can. Free tiers of the providers we depend on can change without warning, and we may have to adapt quickly.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOINI GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR CRYPTO ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY TRADING OR OTHER DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON DATA DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE, ANY UNDELIVERED OR DELAYED NOTIFICATION, AND ANY INACCURATE OR UNAVAILABLE DATA.
BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koini Global LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Koini agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and each of us waives any objection to venue there.
Please email us first. Before filing anything, contact support@koini.io with a description of the dispute. Most things are resolved this way, and we will engage in good faith for at least 30 days.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts or to rely on your local mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this section takes that away from you.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
Apple-specific. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Koini Global LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
