KŌINIkeyview is operated by Koini Global LLC ("Koini", "we", "us"), 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, United States. Questions about this policy go to support@koini.io.
KŌINIkeyview is a view-only crypto portfolio tracker. It displays public on-chain data for addresses you choose to watch. It never asks for, stores, or transmits private keys, seed phrases, or funds, and it cannot make transactions.
Everything below is the same thing, said carefully.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet addresses you look up | Every lookup, with or without an account | To fetch and display the public on-chain data for that address |
| Email address | If you create an account with email sign-in | To send your one-time sign-in code and identify your account |
| Watchlist entries — public addresses, plus any label, tags, or ordering you add | When you save an address | To sync your watchlist across your devices |
| Alarm settings — direction, value threshold, token filters, batching and quiet-hours preferences | When you create or edit an alarm | To decide which on-chain events should notify you |
| Support correspondence | If you email us | To answer you |
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Push notification token and device platform | To deliver alarm notifications to the right device. Removed when you sign out or disable notifications |
| Notification history | To populate the in-app notifications feed and to avoid sending you the same alert twice |
| Diagnostic and crash data | To find and fix defects. Includes device model, OS version, app version, and a stack trace |
| Aggregate usage events — app opens, screens viewed, watchlist and alarm actions, taps on links out to other Koini products | To understand whether the product is useful. Collected in a privacy-respecting, aggregate form. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not build advertising profiles |
We want this stated plainly, because it is the entire point of the product:
The holdings, transactions, and balances KŌINIkeyview shows you are public information published on public blockchains. We did not collect it from you and we cannot alter or delete it. Anyone with the address can see the same data. When you look up an address, we send that address to our blockchain data provider in order to retrieve it.
Looking up an address does not mean you own it, and we do not treat a looked-up address as a claim of ownership.
We use the information above only to:
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases (for users in the EEA/UK). We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you requested), on the basis of your consent (push notifications and any optional analytics where consent is required), and on our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and improving the product).
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work, and only as much as each one needs.
| Provider | Role | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Accounts and database | Your sign-in identity, watchlist, alarm settings |
| Cloudflare | API hosting and edge delivery | Request data, including addresses being looked up |
| Upstash | Cache | Cached portfolio and price data keyed by address |
| Alchemy | Blockchain data and address-activity webhooks | Addresses you look up or watch |
| DefiLlama, CoinGecko | Token prices and metadata | Token contract addresses only — never your address or identity |
| Resend | Transactional email | Your email address, to deliver sign-in codes |
| Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service | Push delivery | Your push token and the notification content |
| Sentry | Error monitoring | Crash and diagnostic data |
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights, our users' safety, or to investigate fraud or abuse. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Cached portfolio data | ~2 minutes |
| Cached transaction history | ~5 minutes |
| Account, watchlist, alarm settings | Until you delete them or delete your account |
| Push tokens | Until you sign out, disable notifications, or the token expires |
| Notification history | Rolling window, then deleted |
| Diagnostic and crash data | Up to 90 days |
| Aggregate usage analytics | Retained in aggregate form that does not identify you |
Backups are purged on a rolling schedule after deletion.
You can delete everything at any time.
Deleting your account does not delete public blockchain data — that is not ours to delete, and it exists independently of KŌINIkeyview.
You can also remove individual items without deleting your account: remove any watchlist entry, delete any alarm, or turn off notifications entirely from your device settings.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you are anywhere else, you may still exercise all of the above; we apply these rights to everyone rather than only where the law requires it.
To exercise any right, email support@koini.io. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and any required regulator as the law requires.
KŌINIkeyview is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@koini.io and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States and our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
KŌINIkeyview contains links to other products in the Koini family and to third-party sites. When you follow one, you leave KŌINIkeyview and that destination's own privacy policy applies. We do not pass your account information to them; a link is just a link.
If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use KŌINIkeyview after that means you accept the updated policy.
